We were delighted to meet Amanda, and she immediately began to identify houses for sale in the Bellville area that met our criteria. The seller's agent had not even prepared and published the listing in the local MLS service, yet because Amanda was intimately familiar with the Bellville real estate market, she was able to find a house that was perfect for our needs, well before competitive bids were an issue. We closed on the purchase of our Bellville house in about 30 days, and then we faced the challenge of selling our house in Spicewood (west of Austin), where we had lived for 12 years. When we told Amanda about this, to our surprise, she was able to introduce us to a very experienced broker with in Lakeway, Texas, where she previously lived. We sold our Spicewood house at a very acceptable price. Overall, our experience with Amanda Tatum has been very satisfactory, and we would recommend her services to anyone seeking to buy or sell real estate in the Bellville, Brenham, Round Top, and surrounding areas.
